Guys, I caught up with one of the Hokies' newest offers, Pace Academy (Ga.) 2017 OL Andrew Thomas. Great looking kid on the hoof who has a good frame and moves fairly well.

But I will say, this is one of the few times that a recruit hasn't given me much of anything. He claims 20 offers and just picked up offers from VT and NC State on Friday and Arkansas on Tuesday, but said he doesn't know anything about any of the three.

Assistants Stacy Searels and Torrian Gray made the offer to Thomas' coach on Friday, who relayed the message to Thomas. And Thomas did say he has met with those guys before, but that was about all he said.

He did say he plans to visit Alabama, Stanford, Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina this summer, all of whom he's visited already. And only the first two are the ones he doesn't claim offers from.

Zamir White already looks like he will be one of the top running backs in the 2018 class. He has a long offer sheet and has barely started to do his research on these schools. In the video linked below he talks about his new offer from Virginia Tech and his recent visit to Tennessee. White also said he plans on visiting Georgia this summer for UGA's camp.

Here's my latest weekly recap on VT baseball. They qualified for the ACC Tournament, which is this week. If they beat UNC on Tuesday then they play games on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I have them beating UNC and then dropping 2 of 3 to end the season in pool play.

The Virginia Tech baseball team just beat Pittsburgh 13-7 to advance to the ACC Tournament. They had lost the last two against Pitt and it looked like a nail-biter, but they made it by. The Hokies are the No. 9 seed and are set to play UNC in the near future.

How far will the Hokies go? Do you think they have any chance of making it to the title game?
