The coaching staff, in my humble opinion, did one helluva job this year and they aren't done yet. We didn't get Henry but we were in the hunt. Hopefully we can focus on the job the staff did and not on the few guys we lost.

Needed another year in the VT system. I know players want to get to the league but in reality they should really consider advice from advisory board. In my opinion unless you are a sure fire 1st or 2nd round guy one should not go pro.

The early signing period is a great idea. Takes the pressure off kids who have made up their mind and are tired of being hounded by recruiters. This is easily Tech's best recruiting class ever. They've got studs at every position coming in. Congrats to Fuente and his staff. Now if they could just sign KJ Henry who is a Bruce Smith type defensive end from S.C.

Actually I got 4. I'm going bowlin with the Hokies to the great state of Gatorland after callin in at just the right time on the Bear, 105.3 baby. Tickets paid up! Hotel where the team stays, paid up! Travel money, paid up! I'm gonna take the wifey, sale the other 2, and travel to see Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter. Gonna get myself a 40 ounce of Schlitz on 1-95, and ride shotgun at about Emporias so my wife can get dat ticket!

Word is the coaches are letting Bush take a lot of reps before the bowl game as Jackson heals. They may either leave him the QB depth chart or he may change positions just to get him on the field because he is so big and fast. With Herndon Hooker starting his redshirt freshman year, and the transfer from Kansas, Ryan Willis competing with Jackson, we may have all the QBs we need.
